Raw honey from Western North Carolina infused gently over low heat with powdered Ginger, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, and Black Pepper, and poured over a cinnamon stick and candied ginger pieces.

This honey is delicious and warming. It is fantastic by the spoonful but it also adds a nice bit of spice to any tea you add it to. Drizzle it over a slice of cake, yogurt, or warm bread with butter. Yum!
